Eco Pine Casket

Blue Pine Casket Co. offers Pine caskets made to and with green industry standards and materials. Our eco caskets are perfectly suited for use in traditional burials as well as natural and home burials.

Our caskets use blue pine wood, which is a renewable resource, that not only helps to maintain healthy forests, but also helps reduce CO2 gases.

All our eco-caskets are made using solid wood, are fully sanded and come unlined-unfinished at a reduced cost, or can be finished with either a natural oil or shellac based coating.

A natural muslin cloth with unbleached cotton padding are used to line the inside.

Rather than seeing blue pine wood go to waste and be burned, we decided to use it in our eco-caskets. There is not anything wrong with the wood other than it has natural blue streaks, which most industrial companies find undesirable. We believe the blue colors enhance the looks and appeal of our caskets.
